Spotless hotel with pleasant staff with the nicest receptionist. Location: great and stunning, close to the farmers market and all the stores in the area and farm and outlet shopping. Super base for exploring Bird-in-Hand.

Lots of food items served for very very good breakfast. The staff was excellent and affable. Its location not too far from Waters Edge Mini Golf was comfy.

The weather was pleasant, had really good stay for a vacation. Its location was nice, very close to all the attractions, the hill, and the farmers market and all the stores in the area. Also, it was 1 mile from Waters Edge Mini Golf.

Overall had very good stay for a vacation. Truly enjoyed our rooms with the feel of country charm. Had a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was comfortable and easy, so close to Sound Theater, and Kitchen Kettle Village, in a very nice area.

The breakfast they served was cold, hope one day it will be better.

The staff was very friendly at all times. The location was easy, close enough to Bird-in-Hand shops and Bird-in-Hand Farms Market and Bakery. Also, it was 15 minutes on foot from Waters Edge Mini Golf.

It had impeccably clean and updated rooms. I had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The location met requirements, it was magnificent and unbeatable close to areas I wished to investigate.

The location was convenient and easy because it was just next door to many attractions and a farm across the street and American Music Theatre. It also was close to areas we wished to investigate.

The location of this motel is perfect, surrounded by serene Amish farms. You can relax in a hammock with pillows thrown on it and enjoy the beautiful view. It is also conveniently close to many attractions. It's fun to sit outside and watch the buggies go by.

One downside is that some of the bedding in the rooms could be updated as it appears worn.

Easy base for 2 nights in Bird-in-Hand, well-maintained and perfectly fine hotel. The rooms with the shower, fresh smelling air. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Perfect, favourable location in Bird-in-Hand, right by restaurants, Lancaster and Bird-in-Hand shops. Also, in a good area.

The motel's location was ideal for exploring the Amish country as it was close to areas we wished to investigate. Moreover, it was conveniently situated down the hill, making it close to everything we needed. The room provided a clean and comfortable space, while the bathroom, although crowded, served its purpose. The friendly staff offered great service throughout our stay. Additionally, the small deck with tables and chairs overlooking the farm was a beautiful touch.

There were no amenities at the motel, which was a drawback considering the price we paid.

Everything was really good, the wifi was free. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was easy and the staff members were really helpful people with the nicest receptionist. Further, it was near Bird-in-Hand shops and a farm across the street. I loved 2 nights in this property.
